1.Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?

Our products are made out of the outstanding quality materials, including 925 sterling silver or brass with 5 times Rhodium/14K/18K/22K gold plating.

2. Are the stones is real diamonds?

We use 5A cubic zirconia, totally clean and transparent, an excellent alternative to VS diamond as it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, lab-created sapphire was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment. 3. Will it fade and turn my skin dark?

Our jewelry is plated 5 times of real gold. It can keep for at least a year not fade if you take good care of it. Dry it if it gets wet. Silver or brass jewelry will always shine as it is. Contact us if you do encounter any problems.

4. Can i take a shower when wearing your jewelry?

Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry when taking a bath.

5. How should i store/protect my jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Q: Can I make my customize logo and packaging or private label?

Q: Can you do design for my ideas or drawing?

A: Yes, we have experienced designers and our own molding factory. According to your requirements, we can design or open mold which has a competitive price.

Q: Do you accept small orders?

A: Yes, we accept small orders or trial orders to test market demand.

Q: May I get your samples to check the quality first?

A: Yes, we'd like to offer a sample within 7 days and some samples are free once get agreement. But freight charge have to paid by customer.

Q: What's the shipping way?

A: Regarding the samples order, we can send them by FedEx, DHL, TNT express the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to the client's demands.
